Forest fruit smoothie – delicious smoothie recipe with Luminous
Ingredients (makes 1 serving)
- ½ cup (about 60g) frozen strawberries
- ½ cup (about 60g) frozen pineapple
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1 tsp Luminous
- 240ml (1 cup) unsweetened and unfiltered apple juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend at high speed for about 60 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
